Inn Rates and Policies

"Best of the Redwood Coast" special:  Turtle Rocks Oceanfront Inn and  dinner at Larrupin' Cafe

Late Fall and Winter season: Discount and Dinner Packages starting November 19th through March 31st, 2014 (except Thanksgiving Week, Christmas/New Year's and President's Week and the entire last week of March beginning on Sunday March 23rd, 2014.)

Relax and decompress in the most spacious, private and quiet double-sound walled suites on the Redwood Coast  overlooking an unobstructed sweeping view of all of the Turtle Rocks and Pacific Ocean.  All king beds, cable TV, wireless internet.

All rooms are suites of at least 400 square feet and rates for most rooms are $195 per night for two persons.

Rate includes the full gourmet breakfast prepared each morning at the inn, organic coffees and teas, cold beverages, fresh fruit, and an afternoon buffet of inn-baked desserts.

Fall/Winter discounts are typically $100 below the summer season rates.  For example, ocean view rooms with private deck that are $195 per night plus tax in the winter season are $295 in the summer season (see rates for the entire year 2014 below).

Book any three nights and receive a $50 dinner certificate to Trinidad's best restaurant: Larrupin' Cafe.

Book two nights and receive a $30 dinner certificate to the Redwood Coast's best Mexican restaurant Luzmila's or the Lighthouse Grill in Trinidad (see our "Dining" reviews on our website).

Walk out onto your private room deck, lounge on your deck chairs with a cup of the inn's organic coffees or teas, and watch and listen to the dynamic ocean panorama... and the restorative power of nature...


Room Rates 2013/2014

Very spacious rooms, each with sweeping ocean views, all with private glass-paneled decks

The suite is our largest room: located upstairs on the south end of the inn. It is forty-one feet long with two rooms, an east living room and a larger west bedroom. The other rooms while very spacious do not have the separate living room.

*Note: the rate on the Palmer Point Room is lower than the "room rate": deduct $30 from the "room rate" in the "Winter/Fall Season" and $25 from the "room rate" throughout every other season of the year.

Inn Policies

  • Double occupancy room rates vary seasonally ranging from $165 to $335.
  • Add 12% County bed tax
  • All rates listed above are single or double occupancy. Full breakfast, afternoon desserts, coffee, teas and beverages are included.
  • All rates subject to change without notice. 
  • One night deposit secures your reservation for stays under four nights. For stays of three nights or more, a two-night deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Add $40.00 for extra person (if available).
  • Two night minimum from June 15th thru August and on all weekends and holidays; three night minimum on some major holidays.
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted at time of making a reservation or personal check must be received within 7 days to secure that reservation.
  • Check-ins earlier than 3:00 p.m. not possible. 
  • 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. check-in ( later check-in by prior arrangement ).  Latest check-out time from the inn is 11:00 am
  • If you anticipate a late arrival, a call by 6:00 p.m. would be appreciated. 
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Smoking permitted on private decks only with deck door closed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refund with at least 7-day notice for one-night to three-night stays ($25 handling fee per room reserved).
  • Refund with less than 7-day notice only if room is subsequently re-rented ($25 handling fee per room reserved). If the room is not re-rented, the full deposit will be kept.
  • 14-day cancellation notice for holidays and stays of four nights or more ($50 handling fee per room reserved). 
  • Refund with less than 14-day notice only if room is subsequently re-rented ($50 handling fee per room reserved). If the room is not re-rented, the full deposit will be kept.
