2017 RATES
Very spacious rooms, each with sweeping ocean views, all with private glass-paneled decks

The suite is our largest room: located upstairs on the south end of the inn. It is forty-one feet long with two rooms, an east living room and a larger west bedroom. The other rooms while very spacious do not have the separate living room.

*Note: the rate on the Palmer Point Room is lower than the “room rate”: Deduct $30 from the room rate for all seasons.

The entire Christmas/ New Year’s holiday period ( starting the night of Thursday December 22nd through the night of Monday January 2nd , 2017) the fall season weekend rates apply ( $205 room and $240 the suite )

INN POLICIES

  • Double occupancy room rates vary seasonally ranging from $165 to $335.
  • Add 12% County bed tax.
  • All rates listed above are single or double occupancy. Full breakfast, afternoon desserts, coffee, teas and beverages are included.
  • All rates subject to change without notice.
  • One night deposit secures your reservation for stays under four nights. For stays of three nights or more, a two-night deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Add $40.00 for extra person (if available).
  • Two night minimum from June 12th through September 5th, 2017 and weekends year-round. There is a three-night minimums on some major holidays.
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted at time of making a reservation or personal check must be received within 7 days to secure that reservation.
  • Check-ins earlier than 3:00 p.m. not possible.
  • 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. check-in ( later check-in by prior arrangement ). Latest check-out time from the inn is 11:00 a.m.
  • If you anticipate a late arrival, a call by 6:00 p.m. would be appreciated.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Smoking permitted on private decks only with deck door closed.

Cancellation Policy

  • For all reservations of two or more rooms for one night or more, there is a 14-day cancellation requirement.
  • Refund with at least 7-day notice for one-night to three-night stays ($25 handling fee per room reserved).
  • Refund with less than 7-day notice only if room is subsequently re-rented ($25 handling fee per room reserved). If the room is not re-rented, the full deposit will be kept.
  • 14-day cancellation notice for holidays and stays of four nights or more ($50 handling fee per room reserved).
  • Refund with less than 14-day notice only if room is subsequently re-rented ($50 handling fee per room reserved). If the room is not re-rented, the full deposit will be kept.
