INN POLICIES
- Room rate ranges are stated on the Rooms & Suites page as well as on our BOOK NOW page.
- Add 14% County bed tax to all rates.
- Rates vary with the season and are subject to change.
- Rates are for double occupancy (two persons). $40 per extra person / per night charge.
Rooms 1 and 2 have a 3-person maximum occupancy.
Room 3 and 4 are double occupancy only.
Four persons possible in the upstairs “See Forever Suite. ” - Full breakfast, afternoon desserts, coffee, teas and beverages are included in room rate.
- One night deposit secures your reservation for stays up to three nights. For stays of four nights or more, a two-night deposit is required.
- There is a two-night minimum stay requirement from May 1st through October 31st. There is a three-night minimum on some major holidays.
- There is a three-night minimum stay requirement on the following major holidays and special event weekends:
- (1) The Cal Poly Humboldt State Graduation Weekend – Friday May 9, Saturday May 10 and Sunday May 11, 2024
- (2) Memorial Weekend – Friday May 24th, Saturday May 25th, and Sunday May 26th, 2024
- (3) Fourth of July Weekend – Thursday July 4th, Friday July 5th, and Saturday July 6th, 2024
- (4) Labor Day Weekend – Friday August 30th, Saturday August 31st, and Sunday September 1st, 2024
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted at time of making a reservation. No personal checks accepted.
- Check-ins earlier than 3:00 p.m. not possible.
- 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. check-in ( later check-in by prior arrangement ). Latest check-out time from the inn is 11:00 a.m.
- If you anticipate a late arrival, a call by 6:00 p.m. would be appreciated.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Smoking permitted on private decks only with deck door closed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For all reservations there is a 14-day cancellation requirement.
- Reservation cancellations that are less than 14 days of the arrival date of the reservation will be charged for the room reservation in its entirety.
Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended for unforeseeable circumstances that can arise and necessitate a cancellation. Travel insurance is available through our online booking service. It is generally about 10% of the total cost of the reservation. - Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date of the reservation will only be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee (per room reserved) for stays of one to three nights and a $70 cancellation fee (per room reserved) for stays of four nights or more.
